		<description>Well, as you stated on my blog, I remember talking about all kinds of things with you. And, I remember you sitting on that ridiculously uncomfortable stool. But, my &quot;best&quot; memory is when you told me about how you weren&#039;t exactly comfortable with people and doing customer service - that you always dreaded having to talk to customers when they came in. I could not believe it! I felt like such a freak because I pretty much despised having to deal with customers, partly because I always worried that I&#039;d screw up by saying the wrong thing or something. It was amazing to me that you felt the same way because you always come across so self-assured and confident. I wouldn&#039;t have imagined in a million years that you felt the same way I did. I felt a little better about my insecurities after you shared yours with me. Thanks, Shari!</description>
