		<description>Well, as you stated on my blog, I remember talking about all kinds of things with you. And, I remember you sitting on that ridiculously uncomfortable stool. But, my "best" memory is when you told me about how you weren't exactly comfortable with people and doing customer service - that you always dreaded having to talk to customers when they came in. I could not believe it! I felt like such a freak because I pretty much despised having to deal with customers, partly because I always worried that I'd screw up by saying the wrong thing or something. It was amazing to me that you felt the same way because you always come across so self-assured and confident. I wouldn't have imagined in a million years that you felt the same way I did. I felt a little better about my insecurities after you shared yours with me. Thanks, Shari!</description>
